The studio

Unhurried, by design

Willow opened in 2016 with four chairs and one rule: nobody gets rushed. We book generous appointment times, keep the music low and pour you something cold or warm while your colour develops.

Our colour is ammonia-free, we add bond protection to every lightening service, and the whole studio runs on filtered water. Your hair, and the planet, quietly thank us.

Reserve your chair

Choose a service, pick a day that suits you and we'll confirm your time by email, usually within a couple of hours.

  1. Tell us what you need. Not sure? Choose a consultation-friendly cut and add a note.
  2. Pick a day and time. We're open Tuesday to Saturday.
  3. We confirm. You'll get a reminder the day before.

Please give 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. Colour appointments over two hours need a $25 deposit, taken when we confirm and deducted from your bill.
